Grantee Reporting Requirements

Grantee Reporting Requirements

Each project selected and funded by Lisle must submit two reports: an interim report approximately three months into the project and a final evaluation upon completion, utilizing the provided final evaluation form. The interim report serves to update Lisle on the project’s progress, it is an open-ended report that does not require a specific form.

Final Evaluation
The final evaluation, due within one month of completion, facilitates learning for both Lisle and the project itself from the undertaken effort. Lisle seeks to understand what worked well, what didn’t, and why. The evaluation will be completed using the grant portal Submit.

The evaluation consist of two parts: 1) Answering questions in the grantee’s Submit account; and 2) Providing photos, videos, participant letters, or other materials to help Lisle understand what was achieved and document the results.

The final evaluation, which is due within one month of completion, is for Lisle and the project itself to learn from the effort that was undertaken. We want to know what worked as well as what did not work and why it did not work. The Final Evaluation is completed using the grantee Submit application.
